  • I want to schedule an appointment. How do I do that?

    Scheduling and client interaction outside of the salon happens all online and is fully operated by our stylists. You can schedule an appointment here on our website by clicking the “book now” button in the navigation! Once there, you will first select the stylist you would like to see, then the service you would like to receive. If you are checking availability for more than one stylist, you will need to deselect the services you chose and reselect services under the other stylists name.

  • Can I book a service by sending an email?

    No, due to our cancellation policy, we require a card on file to secure your appointment time. Because of this, we cannot schedule an appointment for you.

  • How do I reschedule/cancel my appointment or notify my stylist that I am running late?

    You have a couple of options! The best way is to text the number you received you confirmation text from. Your stylist will get the text. The second option is to email us. We may not be as quick to respond via email.

  • I cant find any availability for my stylist. How can I get in to see her?

    Simply, join our waitlist! We make it easy for you and the stylist to get on the waitlist and into our chairs. This is done by clicking the “book now” button and choosing your stylist and services. on the calendar page you will see a waitlist option at the bottom of the page. Once you are on the waitlist, your stylist will reach out if she is able to get you in during the timeframe you requested.

  • Do we carry mud/wtr?

    Not yet!

  • Can I bring my children (human or furry friend)?

    Don’t get us wrong, we love your kids, but our space is not designed with your child/dog’s safety in mind. If it is absolutely necessary for you to bring them in order to still make your appointment, please bring them prepared to sit calmly.
